Carrying over 600,000 guests across more than 3,600 daily flights, the Group is actively recruiting the next generation of Cabin Crew members to operate from one of its 90+ operational bases during the Autumn/Winter recruitment period. Role and Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of a Cabin Crew member is to ensure the highest standards of safety and comfort for all guests onboard Ryanair Group aircraft. This is a demanding position where safety protocols are paramount. Key duties include:
- Delivering an exceptional customer service experience with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Ensuring adherence to all safety procedures and regulations throughout the flight.
- Working collaboratively within a dynamic and multicultural team environment.
- Managing demanding operational schedules, including early and late shifts. Candidates must be prepared to report for duty as early as 5:00 AM on early rosters and may not return until midnight on afternoon rosters.
Training and Career Development
The journey to becoming a qualified Cabin Crew member commences with a comprehensive, internationally recognised six-week training course. This course covers all fundamental skills required for the role, culminating in required examinations and Supernumerary flights before the award of Cabin Crew Wings.

Mandatory Candidate Requirements (Essential Criteria)
Prospective applicants for the Cabin Crew position must satisfy the following essential criteria:
- Must hold the unrestricted right to live, work, and travel freely throughout the European Union and the Ryanair network.
- Height must approximately measure between 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”).
- Must be able to swim 25 meters unaided.
- Must be comfortable and proficient in speaking and writing English with ease.
- Must demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and the willingness to operate a demanding shift roster.
- Must possess an outgoing, friendly personality, a passion for travel, and excellent interpersonal skills suitable for public interaction.
