Primary Responsibilities and Role Requirements
The Cabin Crew role is dynamic, demanding, and highly rewarding, with the paramount responsibility being the safety and security of all guests and fellow crew members. The successful candidate will:
- Ensure the highest standards of safety and security compliance are maintained throughout all phases of flight.
- Deliver a top-tier customer service experience to all guests with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Execute required sales duties onboard, contributing to the available uncapped sales bonus structure.
- Be capable of working an adaptable roster pattern, including early morning duties and late-night returns. The operational schedule requires flexibility, with shifts potentially commencing as early as 05:00 AM and concluding near midnight on late rotations.
- Commit fully to the required training and ongoing professional development mandated by the airline.
Training and Professional Development
The journey to becoming a fully qualified Cabin Crew member commences with a mandatory, comprehensive 6-week training course. This program is internationally recognised and equips the individual with all necessary fundamental skills required for the daily operational role. The training includes structured study, regular examinations, and culminates in Supernumerary flights before the awarding of Cabin Crew Wings.
Career progression within the Ryanair Group is accelerated for high-performing individuals. Opportunities for advancement are extensive, including roles such as Number 1 Cabin Crew, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, or aspirational positions within senior management, such as Director of Inflight.

Essential Candidate Profile (Mandatory Requirements)
Applicants must strictly adhere to the following criteria to be considered for this demanding role:
- Possession of the unrestricted right to live and work within the EU and the ability to travel freely throughout the entire Ryanair Network.
- Height must approximately measure between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).
- The ability to swim 25 meters unaided is essential.
- Demonstrated fluency in English, both written and verbal, is mandatory.
