Cabin Crew members are central to the operational success and passenger experience within the Ryanair Group. The role involves ensuring the highest standards of safety, security, and customer care on board. The position is demanding yet highly rewarding, requiring flexibility and commitment to a challenging schedule.
Crew members are required to operate both early and late shifts. Reporting for duty can commence as early as 05:00 on the early roster, and late shifts may conclude close to midnight. Candidates must be fully prepared to embrace a shift-based roster.
The journey to becoming a qualified Cabin Crew member begins with an intensive, internationally recognized six-week Training Course. This program equips participants with all the fundamental skills necessary to deliver top-class safety and customer service experiences.
Training involves rigorous study, regular examinations, and culminates in Supernumerary flights before the official awarding of Cabin Crew Wings.
