While life as a Cabin Crew member is adventurous and rewarding, candidates must recognize that this is a demanding position where operational safety remains the number one priority.
The role requires adaptability to a structured shift roster, encompassing both early and late duties. Crew members must be prepared to report for duty as early as 05:00 AM on early shifts and may return home late, concluding shifts around midnight on afternoon rosters. Flexibility, a positive 'can-do' attitude, and the ability to work harmoniously with the public are paramount.
Training and Career Development
The successful applicant's journey commences with a comprehensive six-week training course designed to equip them with all fundamental skills necessary for the day-to-day delivery of safety protocols and excellent customer service. This rigorous training includes required study, regular examinations, and culminates in Supernumerary flights before the awarding of Cabin Crew Wings.

Candidate Profile and Requirements
Applicants must satisfy the following essential criteria:
- Must hold the unrestricted right to live and work within the European Union (EU) and be able to travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
- Physical height must be approximately between 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”).
- Ability to swim 25 meters unaided is mandatory.
- Demonstrated comfort and fluency in speaking and writing the English language.
- The candidate must be highly adaptable, flexible, and capable of working a demanding shift roster.
- Possession of an outgoing, friendly personality, coupled with the ability to provide excellent customer service.
