Key Responsibilities of the Cabin Crew Officer
The core function of the Cabin Crew Officer is to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests while adhering strictly to company and regulatory procedures. Safety remains the paramount priority in this role.
- Upholding stringent safety protocols and managing emergency procedures efficiently.
- Delivering exemplary customer service to all passengers throughout the flight experience.
- Operating demanding and variable shift patterns, including mandatory early starts (reporting for duty as early as 05:00 AM) and late finishes (concluding duty near midnight).
- Promoting and managing inflight sales opportunities, contributing to uncapped sales bonuses.

Training and Professional Development
Successful candidates will embark on a comprehensive, internationally recognized, 6-week training course. The rigorous training involves regular study and examinations, culminating in supervised Supernumerary flights before the award of official Cabin Crew Wings.

Candidate Requirements (Essential Criteria)
Prospective applicants must satisfy the following mandatory conditions:
- Possess the unrestricted right to live and work within the European Union (EU) and travel freely throughout the Ryanair Group network.
- Height must be within the approximate range of 157 cm (5’ 2”) and 188 cm (6’ 2”).
- Ability to swim 25 meters unaided is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to speak and write English fluently and with ease.
- Must be adaptable and willing to operate a mandatory shift roster involving early morning and late evening duties.
