The Role of a Cabin Crew Member

The core responsibility of the Cabin Crew Member is to deliver world-class safety protocols and provide an exceptional customer service experience for all guests. Crew members must be prepared to report for duty as early as 05:00 on early rosters and potentially return home as late as midnight on late rosters, emphasizing that safety remains the number one priority at all times.

The journey to becoming a qualified Cabin Crew Member commences with a rigorous, free, and internationally recognised 6-week training course. This comprehensive program equips candidates with the fundamental skills necessary to deliver top-class safety and service. The training culminates in Supernumerary flights, followed by the official award of Cabin Crew Wings.

Essential Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the unrestricted right to live, work, and travel freely within the European Union (EU) throughout the Ryanair network.
• Height must be approximately between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).
• Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
• Comfortable speaking and writing in English with complete fluency.
• Demonstrated ability to be adaptable, hardworking, and flexible regarding shift work.
