Training and Development

The journey to becoming a qualified Cabin Crew member begins with an intensive six-week training course. This program equips new recruits with the fundamental skills required to deliver a world-class safety and customer service experience. The training curriculum includes regular examinations and culminates in supervised supernumerary flights, after which successful trainees receive their official Cabin Crew Wings.
