The Role: Safety and Service Excellence

Successful candidates will become fundamental members of the team, where safety is the number one priority. Cabin Crew Specialists are responsible for delivering essential security and safety procedures while simultaneously ensuring every guest receives a top-class customer service experience. Life as a Flight Attendant is dynamic and fun, yet demanding. Flexibility is critical, as crew members must operate both early and late shifts, reporting for duty as early as 05:00 AM on early rosters and not returning until midnight on afternoon rosters.

Training and Career Progression

The journey to becoming a fully qualified Cabin Crew member begins with a comprehensive six-week, internationally recognised training course provided free of charge. Trainees will acquire all fundamental skills necessary for the day-to-day role, culminating in required exams, Supernumerary flights, and the awarding of Cabin Crew Wings. The Ryanair Group is committed to internal development, providing fast-track career opportunities. Crew members are immersed in a culture of growth, with clear pathways to senior roles including Cabin Crew No. 1, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, or even Director of Inflight positions.
