Training and Career Progression
The journey to becoming a qualified Cabin Crew member begins with a comprehensive, 6-week, internationally recognized training course. This course covers all fundamental safety and service skills through structured study and regular examinations. Training culminates with Supernumerary flights, leading to the official presentation of Cabin Crew Wings.

Requirements for Application
Candidates seeking to join one of the Ryanair Group’s 90+ operational bases must fulfil the following essential criteria:
- Must hold the unrestricted right to live and work within the European Union (EU) and possess the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
- Height requirements are strictly observed: applicants must measure approximately between 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”).
- The ability to swim 25 meters unaided is mandatory.
- Candidates must be comfortable speaking and writing in English with fluency and ease.
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service supported by a proactive ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Must possess an outgoing, friendly, and highly adaptable personality suited to shift roster work.
- A genuine passion for travel and engaging with diverse cultures and people.
