About the Role

As a Cabin Crew Member with the Ryanair Group, individuals will be instrumental in ensuring the safety and comfort of over 600,000 guests daily across more than 3,600 flights. Based at one of the Group's 90+ operational bases, successful candidates will contribute to a top-class safety and customer service experience aboard Ryanair Group aircraft. This demanding yet highly rewarding position requires adaptability to various shift patterns, including early morning starts as early as 5 AM and late returns past midnight. Safety remains the paramount priority in all operational duties.

Candidate Requirements

Prospective Cabin Crew Members are expected to meet the following criteria:

Possess the unrestricted right to live and work within the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
Maintain a height approximately between 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2").
Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
Demonstrate a hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality.
Adaptability and willingness to work a demanding shift roster.
A genuine enjoyment for interacting with the public and a proven ability to deliver excellent customer service with a proactive "can do" attitude.
Comfortable speaking and writing in English with fluency.
A strong passion for travelling and meeting new people.
