The Role of a Cabin Crew Member

As a Cabin Crew Member, the individual will be responsible for providing a top-class safety and customer service experience to guests onboard Ryanair Group aircraft. This demanding yet rewarding position prioritizes safety above all else, requiring a flexible approach to working hours, including early morning starts (from 5 am) and late-night finishes (until midnight). Essential Requirements for Applicants

Prospective candidates should meet the following strict criteria to be considered for a Cabin Crew position:

• Must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and possess the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
• Height approximately between 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2").
• Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
• Possession of a hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality is advantageous.
• Adaptability and willingness to work a demanding shift roster, including early mornings and late nights.
• Enjoyment in dealing with the public and the ability to deliver excellent customer service with a proactive 'can do' attitude.
• Comfortable speaking and writing in English with ease and clarity.
• A genuine passion for travelling and meeting new people from diverse backgrounds.
