No prior aviation experience is required, as all successful candidates will participate in a comprehensive 6-week training course designed to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge. Upon completion, new recruits will join over 16,000 Cabin Crew professionals who consistently deliver best-in-class customer service to more than 600,000 guests daily across Ryanair's 90+ bases and over 3,600 flights.

Requirements

To be considered for a Cabin Crew position with Ryanair, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Possess the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and/or travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
• Be approximately between 5 feet 2 inches (157 cm) and 6 feet 2 inches (188 cm) in height.
• Demonstrate the ability to swim 25 meters unaided and support another person in the water.
• Exhibit a hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality.
• Be adaptable and willing to work a demanding shift roster.
• Enjoy interacting with the public and possess the capability to provide excellent customer service with a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
• Be comfortable speaking and writing in English, with the proven ability to successfully pass an English Language Assessment.
• Show a genuine passion for travelling and meeting new people.
