Position Summary

The Cabin Crew role within the Ryanair Group offers a unique opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and upholding the highest safety standards in an engaging aviation environment. This position is both rewarding and demanding, requiring adaptability to diverse shift patterns, including early morning starts and late-night finishes, ensuring round-the-clock operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding safety and customer service experiences to guests on board Ryanair Group aircraft.
  • Ensure the comfort and well-being of all passengers throughout their journey.
  • Execute inflight sales, contributing to the overall ancillary revenue.
  • Adhere strictly to all operational procedures, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively with the flight deck crew and ground staff to ensure seamless operations.

Training & Career Development

New recruits will embark on a comprehensive, complimentary 6-week Cabin Crew Training Course. This internationally recognised programme covers all fundamental skills required for the role, including safety procedures, customer service excellence, and emergency protocols. The training culminates in Supernumerary flights and the prestigious awarding of Cabin Crew Wings. A daily per diem of €28 is provided during the training period.

Candidate Requirements

Prospective Cabin Crew members should meet the following essential criteria:

  • Possess the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
  • Maintain a height between approximately 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2").
  • Demonstrate the ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Exhibit a hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality with strong team spirit.
  • Show adaptability and willingness to work a demanding shift roster.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills, enjoying interaction with the public, and capable of providing superior customer service with a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English.
  • Demonstrate a passion for travel and meeting new people.
  • No prior cabin crew experience is required; enthusiasm and a dedication to service excellence are paramount.
