The Cabin Crew role within the Ryanair Group offers a unique opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and upholding the highest safety standards in an engaging aviation environment. This position is both rewarding and demanding, requiring adaptability to diverse shift patterns, including early morning starts and late-night finishes, ensuring round-the-clock operational excellence. New recruits will embark on a comprehensive, complimentary 6-week Cabin Crew Training Course. This internationally recognised programme covers all fundamental skills required for the role, including safety procedures, customer service excellence, and emergency protocols. The training culminates in Supernumerary flights and the prestigious awarding of Cabin Crew Wings. A daily per diem of €28 is provided during the training period.
Ryanair Group is deeply committed to internal progression, offering fast-track career opportunities within its extensive cabin crew network. These pathways include advancement to Number 1 Cabin Crew, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, or even senior leadership roles such as Director of Inflight.
