Role Responsibilities & Training

The journey to becoming a qualified Cabin Crew Member commences with a comprehensive six-week training course. This intensive program is designed to equip individuals with all fundamental skills necessary for the day-to-day role, focusing on delivering a top-class safety and customer service experience to guests. The curriculum includes regular exams and culminates in supernumerary flights before the award of Cabin Crew Wings.

Life as Cabin Crew is both fun and rewarding, yet it is a demanding position where safety is the number one priority. Crew members are required to operate both early and late shifts, reporting for duty as early as 5 AM on early rosters and potentially not returning home until midnight on afternoon rosters.
