Role Responsibilities & Training

The journey to becoming a qualified Cabin Crew Member commences with a comprehensive six-week training course. This intensive program is designed to equip individuals with all fundamental skills necessary for the day-to-day role, focusing on delivering a top-class safety and customer service experience to guests. The curriculum includes regular exams and culminates in supernumerary flights before the award of Cabin Crew Wings.

Life as Cabin Crew is both fun and rewarding, yet it is a demanding position where safety is the number one priority. Crew members are required to operate both early and late shifts, reporting for duty as early as 5 AM on early rosters and potentially not returning home until midnight on afternoon rosters.

Essential Requirements

Prospective applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Hold the unrestricted right to live, work, and travel freely within the European Union and throughout the Ryanair Network.
• Approximate height between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).
• Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
• Possess a hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality.
• Demonstrate adaptability and willingness to work a shift roster.
• Enjoy dealing with the public and have the ability to provide excellent customer service with a 'can-do' attitude.
• Comfortable speaking and writing in English with ease.
