The Role of Cabin Crew

As a Cabin Crew member with the Ryanair Group, individuals will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional safety and customer service experiences to millions of passengers. Successful candidates will be required to operate various shifts, including early morning duties commencing as early as 5 AM and late evening returns extending until midnight. Training and Career Progression

No prior experience is required, as the Ryanair Group provides comprehensive, free, internationally recognised Cabin Crew training. This intensive six-week course equips aspiring crew members with all fundamental skills necessary for the role, covering essential safety procedures and top-tier customer service delivery. The training culminates in examinations and Supernumerary flights, leading to the coveted Cabin Crew Wings. The Group is committed to fostering career development, offering numerous pathways for advancement within its extensive network. The Ryanair Group is actively recruiting for Cabin Crew positions across its numerous bases, with opportunities available for an Autumn/Winter intake across its 90+ operational bases.
