The Opportunity

The Ryanair Group is actively recruiting for Cabin Crew positions across its extensive network of over 90 operational bases, with recruitment targeting the upcoming Autumn/Winter months. No prior experience is required; successful candidates will demonstrate abundant enthusiasm, a strong team spirit, and a commitment to providing a top-class safety and customer service experience.

About the Role

As a valued member of the Ryanair Group Cabin Crew, individuals will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and comfort of guests on board. While life as Cabin Crew is incredibly fun and rewarding, it is also a demanding position where safety is the paramount priority. Crew members are required to operate both early and late shifts, with duties commencing as early as 5 AM for morning rosters and concluding around midnight for afternoon rosters. This role is suited to adaptable individuals who are comfortable with a shift roster and possess a genuine passion for travel and meeting new people.

Comprehensive Training and Career Development

The journey to becoming a qualified Cabin Crew member begins with a comprehensive 6-week training course. This free, internationally recognised programme equips candidates with all fundamental skills required for the day-to-day role, with a strong focus on safety protocols and service excellence. The course includes regular examinations, culminates in Supernumerary flights, and proudly leads to the award of Cabin Crew Wings.

Essential Requirements

Candidates for the Cabin Crew position must meet the following criteria:

• Hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and possess the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
• Height approximately between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).
• Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
• A hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality.
• Adaptable and comfortable working a dynamic shift roster.
• Enjoy engaging with the public and possess the ability to provide excellent customer service with a proactive 'can-do' attitude.
• Comfortable speaking and writing in English with ease.
