The Role of Cabin Crew
Cabin Crew members serve as the frontline ambassadors of the Ryanair Group, playing a pivotal role in ensuring passenger comfort, safety, and satisfaction. Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate for a Cabin Crew position with the Ryanair Group will possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
- Be approximately between 157 cm (5 ft 2 in) and 188 cm (6 ft 2 in) in height.
- Possess the ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
- Demonstrate a hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality.
- Exhibit adaptability and willingness to work a varied shift roster, including early morning duties (commencing from 05:00) and late evening shifts (concluding until midnight).
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and a proactive 'can-do' attitude.
- Be comfortable speaking and writing in English with ease and fluency.
- Harbour a genuine passion for travelling and meeting new people.
- Be available for recruitment primarily for the Autumn/Winter months for one of our 90+ operational bases.
