The Cabin Crew Training Journey

The path to becoming a qualified Cabin Crew member commences with an intensive 6-week training course. The curriculum involves regular examinations and culminates in supervised Supernumerary flights, leading to the official award of Cabin Crew Wings.

Essential Requirements

• Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU, with the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
• Height between approximately 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2").
• Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
• Possession of a hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
• Adaptability and willingness to work a varied shift roster.
• A genuine enjoyment for interacting with the public and a proven ability to deliver excellent customer service with a proactive 'can-do' attitude.
• Proficiency in speaking and writing English with ease.
• A strong passion for travel and meeting diverse individuals.
