Key Responsibilities

The Cabin Crew Member is entrusted with pivotal responsibilities, including:

• Delivering an industry-leading safety and customer service experience to all guests.
• Ensuring stringent compliance with all aviation safety regulations and operational procedures.
• Effectively addressing passenger needs and actively fostering a welcoming and secure onboard environment.
• Operating within a demanding, shift-based roster, which typically involves early morning duties (reporting as early as 05:00 AM) and late-night returns (up to midnight).
• Actively contributing to the professional synergy and cohesion of the cabin crew team.

Training and Development

The pathway to becoming a qualified Cabin Crew Member begins with a comprehensive six-week training course. This intensive program is designed to impart all fundamental skills essential for the role, culminating in practical Supernumerary flights and the prestigious award of Cabin Crew Wings. The course incorporates regular examinations and bestows an internationally recognized qualification. A daily per diem of €28 is provided to support trainees throughout this period.

Requirements

Prospective Cabin Crew Members are required to satisfy the following essential criteria:

• Possess the unrestricted legal right to live and work in the European Union and the capability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
• Maintain a height approximately between 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2").
• Be proficient in swimming 25 meters unaided.
• Demonstrate a hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly disposition.
• Exhibit adaptability and a readiness to operate a demanding shift roster.
• Possess a genuine enthusiasm for engaging with the public and the capacity to deliver excellent customer service with a proactive 'can do' attitude.
• Be comfortable and articulate in both spoken and written English.
• Display a profound passion for travel and meeting new individuals.

Following a successful application assessment, eligible individuals will receive an invitation to attend an In-Person Assessment Day.
