Key Responsibilities of a Cabin Crew Member

The Cabin Crew position is a demanding yet highly rewarding role where safety remains the paramount priority. Cabin Crew members are responsible for delivering top-tier safety standards and an exceptional customer service experience to all guests. This involves adapting to varying shift patterns, including early morning duties commencing as early as 05:00 and late shifts concluding around midnight. A strong commitment to flexible working hours is essential.

Training and Professional Development

Successful candidates will undertake a comprehensive, complimentary 6-week training course. This program is designed to impart all fundamental skills required for the role, covering extensive safety protocols and service excellence. The rigorous training involves regular examinations and culminates in supervised supernumerary flights, leading to the official attainment of Cabin Crew Wings.

Essential Requirements

Applicants for the Cabin Crew position must fulfill the following criteria:

  • Possession of an unrestricted right to live and work within the European Union and the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
  • Maintain a height between approximately 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2").
  • Be capable of swimming 25 meters unaided.
  • Demonstrate a hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality.
  • Exhibit adaptability and willingness to work a variable shift roster.
  • Enjoy interacting with the public and possess the ability to provide excellent customer service with a proactive "can do" attitude.
  • Be proficient in both written and spoken English.
  • Hold a genuine passion for travel and meeting new people.
