Role Overview:
As a member of the Ryanair Group Cabin Crew, the primary focus is to ensure the safety and comfort of passengers while providing exceptional customer service onboard flights. Successful candidates will be integral to delivering a positive travel experience for guests flying to over 250 destinations.

- Prioritising and maintaining the highest safety standards onboard the aircraft.

- Handling onboard sales and ensuring a pleasant experience for all passengers.

- Adhering to strict schedules and operational procedures, including early morning and late-night shifts.
Training & Career Progression:
No prior cabin crew experience is required. The journey begins with a comprehensive, internationally recognised 6-week training course provided free of charge. This rigorous program equips candidates with essential safety and customer service skills through study, exams, and practical supernumerary flights. Upon successful completion, individuals earn their Cabin Crew Wings. Ryanair Group is committed to career development, offering clear paths for advancement within the cabin crew structure, including opportunities to become a Number 1 (Senior Cabin Crew), Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, or beyond.

Requirements:
Applicants for the Cabin Crew role must meet the following criteria:
- Hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and possess the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
- Be approximately between 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2") in height.
- Be able to swim 25 meters unaided.
- Possess a strong work ethic, flexibility, and an outgoing, friendly personality.
- Be adaptable and comfortable working a demanding shift roster, including early mornings and late nights.
- Enjoy interacting with the public and demonstrate the ability to provide excellent customer service with a 'can do' attitude.
- Be comfortable speaking and writing fluently in English.
- Exhibit a passion for travel and meeting new people.
