Currently recruiting for Cabin Crew positions across its many bases, the Ryanair Group welcomes prospective candidates to In-Person Assessment Days upon review of their application.

As Europe’s largest airline group, transporting over 600,000 guests daily on more than 3,600 flights, the group is seeking the next generation of cabin crew to commence roles in the autumn/winter months at one of its 90+ operational bases. The journey to becoming a qualified cabin crew member begins with a comprehensive 6-week training course. This program imparts the fundamental skills required for the day-to-day role, focusing on delivering top-class safety and customer service to guests. The course involves structured study, regular examinations, and culminates in Supernumerary flights before trainees are awarded their Cabin Crew Wings.

Candidate Requirements:

• Applicants must possess the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
• Must meet height requirements, approximately between 5’ 2” (157 cm) and 6’ 2” (188 cm).
• Must be able to swim 25 meters unaided.
• Desirable attributes include being hardworking, flexible, and possessing an outgoing and friendly personality.
• Ability to adapt to and work a shift roster is essential.
• Must enjoy interacting with the public and demonstrate the ability to provide excellent customer service with a proactive attitude.
• Must be comfortable speaking and writing in English with ease.
• A passion for travelling and meeting new people is advantageous.
