Cabin Crew Positions

The Ryanair Group is seeking enthusiastic, customer-oriented individuals to join its extensive cabin crew family. With over 16,000 existing crew members, the group invites candidates who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and eager for fast-track career opportunities to apply. Previous experience is not a prerequisite; a positive attitude, team spirit, and enthusiasm are highly valued.

Currently recruiting for Cabin Crew positions across its many bases, the Ryanair Group welcomes prospective candidates to In-Person Assessment Days upon review of their application.

As Europe’s largest airline group, transporting over 600,000 guests daily on more than 3,600 flights, the group is seeking the next generation of cabin crew to commence roles in the autumn/winter months at one of its 90+ operational bases. Flying on board Ryanair Group aircraft presents numerous advantages, including unlimited highly discounted staff travel to over 250 destinations across the network, a consistent 5 days on / 3 days off roster pattern, complimentary initial training, and competitive industry pay.

The journey to becoming a qualified cabin crew member begins with a comprehensive 6-week training course. This program imparts the fundamental skills required for the day-to-day role, focusing on delivering top-class safety and customer service to guests. The course involves structured study, regular examinations, and culminates in Supernumerary flights before trainees are awarded their Cabin Crew Wings.

Joining the Ryanair Group cabin crew family offers immersion into a vibrant culture from day one. The potential for career progression is significant, with opportunities ranging from becoming a Number 1 (Senior Crew Member) to Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, or aspiring to leadership roles such as Director of Inflight.

Life as Cabin Crew is dynamic and rewarding, though inherently demanding, with safety being the paramount priority. The role requires operating both early and late shifts, potentially reporting for duty as early as 5 am or returning home near midnight.
