The airline is actively recruiting for Cabin Crew positions across its extensive network of over 90 operational bases, seeking dedicated professionals to join during the Autumn/Winter recruitment drive. Successful applicants will be invited to attend an In-Person Assessment Day for evaluation.

The Role

As a member of the Ryanair Group cabin crew, the primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests while adhering to the highest standards of customer service. The role is demanding yet highly rewarding, operating various shift patterns including early mornings (reporting as early as 5 am) and late evenings (returning past midnight). Safety remains the absolute priority in all aspects of the operation.

Training and Career Progression

The journey to becoming a qualified Cabin Crew member begins with a comprehensive 6-week training course. This industry-leading program covers all fundamental skills required for the role, focusing on safety procedures and delivering top-class customer service. The training includes regular examinations and culminates in Supernumerary flights before earning the coveted Cabin Crew Wings. Requirements

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

• Hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
• Be approximately between 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2") in height.
• Be able to swim 25 meters unaided.
• Possess the ability to work a flexible shift roster.
• Enjoy interacting with the public and demonstrate excellent customer service skills with a proactive 'can-do' attitude.
• Be comfortable speaking and writing in English with ease.
• Ideally, possess a hardworking, adaptable, outgoing, and friendly personality.
• Show a passion for travelling and meeting new people.
