Role Summary:

The Cabin Crew role is central to delivering Ryanair Group’s commitment to safety and customer service excellence. Successful candidates will become an integral part of the flight operations, ensuring passenger comfort and safety throughout their journey while upholding the airline’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritising and maintaining the highest safety standards onboard.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to all guests.
  • Operating efficiently as part of a dedicated cabin crew team.
  • Handling onboard sales and service duties.
  • Adapting to a demanding shift roster, including early mornings and late nights.

Training and Career Progression:

New recruits undertake a comprehensive, free 6-week training course. This internationally recognised program equips individuals with all essential skills, focusing intensely on safety procedures and service delivery. The course includes structured study, examinations, and practical Supernumerary flights, culminating in the award of Cabin Crew Wings. Ryanair Group is dedicated to fostering internal talent, offering clear pathways for career advancement into roles such as Number 1 (Senior Cabin Crew), Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, and other leadership positions within Inflight Services.

Requirements:

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and be able to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
  • Approximate height between 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2").
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Comfortable speaking and writing in English with ease.
  • Demonstrate a hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality.
  • Be adaptable and comfortable working a shift roster.
  • Enjoy interacting with the public and possess the ability to provide excellent customer service with a positive 'can do' attitude.
  • Possess a passion for travelling and meeting new people.
