Life as Cabin Crew is stimulating and rewarding, demanding adaptability and a commitment to safety as the number one priority. The role requires operating both early and late shifts, with duties potentially starting as early as 5 am or ending around midnight. Applicants should be prepared for a variable shift pattern, including early morning call times.

The journey to becoming a qualified Cabin Crew member begins with a comprehensive 6-week training course. This program covers all fundamental skills required to deliver top-class safety and customer service. The course includes regular exams and culminates in Supernumerary flights before candidates are awarded their Cabin Crew Wings. A paid training allowance is provided from the first day of the course.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Ensuring the safety and security of all passengers and crew members.
• Delivering excellent customer service to guests on board.
• Handling customer queries and providing assistance throughout the flight.
• Working effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Adhering strictly to all aviation regulations and company procedures.
• Operating various shift patterns, including early mornings and late nights.

Requirements:

• Applicants must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and/or travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
• Must approximate a height between 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2").
• Ability to swim 25 meters unaided and while supporting another person.
• Possesses a hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality.
• Adaptable and comfortable working a shift roster.
• Enjoys dealing with the public and has the ability to provide excellent customer service with a 'can do' attitude.
• Comfortable speaking and writing in English with the ability to successfully pass an English Language Assessment.
• A passion for travelling and meeting new people.
