Key Responsibilities and Training

As a Cabin Crew member with the Ryanair Group, the individual will be instrumental in ensuring the highest standards of safety, security, and customer service for all passengers aboard Ryanair Group aircraft. The journey commences with a comprehensive, fully-funded 6-week training course, meticulously designed to impart all fundamental skills required for this pivotal role. This intensive program encompasses top-tier safety procedures and advanced customer service techniques. The training culminates in rigorous examinations, Supernumerary flights, and the proud awarding of Cabin Crew Wings. A paid training allowance is provided from the very first day of the course, reflecting the Group's commitment to its new recruits.

Candidate Requirements

To be considered for this exciting Cabin Crew position, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Possess the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and/or the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
• A height range of approximately 157 cm (5'2") to 188 cm (6'2").
• The ability to swim 25 meters unaided and to support another person in the water.
• Demonstrate a hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality.
• Be adaptable and comfortable working a dynamic shift roster.
• Exhibit a genuine enjoyment for interacting with the public and a proven ability to provide excellent customer service with a proactive 'can do' attitude.
• Possess strong verbal and written English communication skills, with the capacity to successfully pass an English Language Assessment.
• A passion for travel and meeting new people is highly valued.

Prior experience in aviation is not mandatory; a strong enthusiasm for service and exceptional team spirit are key attributes for successful candidates.
