Cabin Crew members are pivotal in ensuring a safe, efficient, and top-class inflight experience on over 3,600 daily flights.

Key Responsibilities

Cabin Crew members are entrusted with maintaining the highest standards of safety and security, which remain the absolute primary priorities. This demanding yet highly rewarding role requires significant flexibility and dedication:

  • Upholding world-leading safety standards and operational protocols during all phases of flight.
  • Providing exceptional, enthusiastic customer service to all guests with a proactive 'can-do' attitude.
  • Working effectively within a fast-paced environment, managing both early morning (commencing as early as 05:00) and late evening shifts (returning home near midnight).
  • Actively contributing to inflight sales activities, capitalizing on uncapped bonus potential.
  • Demonstrating adaptability and flexibility when adhering to a shift-based roster.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

No prior Cabin Crew experience is required, as the successful candidate will receive comprehensive, world-leading training designed to impart all necessary fundamental skills. Potential applicants must meet the following mandatory criteria:

  • Possession of the unrestricted right to live and work within the European Union (EU).
  • Height requirement must be between 5’2” (157 cm) and 6’2” (188 cm).
  • Proficiency in the English language, demonstrated by the ability to speak and write with ease.
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • A flexible, adaptable, and outgoing personality, thriving in a demanding and fast-paced team environment.
  • Strong customer-orientation and exceptional interpersonal skills are essential.

Note: All candidates are required to successfully complete a mandatory English proficiency test and a situational judgment test as part of the initial application process. Failure to complete these assessments will result in disqualification from the interview stage.
