Responsibilities:

Cabin crew members will operate both early and late shifts, requiring a commitment to report for duty as early as 5:00 am on the early roster, with late shifts potentially ending as late as midnight. Safety is paramount, and candidates must be prepared to prioritize this aspect of the role at all times.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Must possess the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
  • Must be between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm) in height approximately.
  • Must be able to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Should demonstrate a strong work ethic, flexibility, and a personable, outgoing demeanor.
  • Must be adaptable and comfortable working a shift-based roster.
  • Must be comfortable engaging with the public and able to deliver excellent customer service, with a proactive attitude.
  • Must demonstrate proficiency in both spoken and written English.
  • Must exhibit a passion for travel and for meeting new people.
