About the Role
The Cabin Crew role is central to ensuring an outstanding and safe inflight experience for all passengers. While immensely rewarding, it is a demanding position that prioritizes safety above all else. Successful candidates will operate on an industry-leading '5 days on / 3 days off' roster, which includes both early morning shifts (reporting as early as 5 AM) and late evening shifts (returning home close to midnight). This role requires a strong customer-oriented approach, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, and unwavering enthusiasm.

- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience for all guests.
- Maintain the highest safety standards and adhere to all aviation regulations and company procedures.
- Effectively manage in-flight situations with professionalism and a proactive 'can-do' attitude.
- Work collaboratively as part of a diverse and dedicated Cabin Crew team.

Candidate Requirements
Ryanair welcomes applicants with no prior experience, as comprehensive, world-leading training is provided. Prospective Cabin Crew members should meet the following criteria:
- Demonstrate significant enthusiasm and a genuine enjoyment for interacting with the public.
- Possess the ability to provide excellent customer service, coupled with a proactive and positive demeanor.
- Exhibit a hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality.
- Be highly adaptable to a shift roster, including early starts and late finishes.
- Hold the unrestricted right to live and work within the European Union.
- Maintain a height between 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”).
- Be capable of swimming 25 meters unaided.
- Demonstrate comfort and proficiency in speaking and writing English.
