About the Role
As a member of the Ryanair Group cabin crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers during flights. This dynamic position involves delivering top-class customer service, adhering to strict safety protocols, and working collaboratively with a team. The role requires flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings and late nights.
Training and Development
Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive 6-week training course designed to equip them with all the fundamental skills required for the role. This training includes theoretical learning, practical exercises, and Supernumerary flights, culminating in the achievement of Cabin Crew Wings. Requirements
- Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK and travel freely within the Ryanair Network.
- Minimum height of 5'2" (157 cm) and a maximum height of 6'2" (188 cm).
- Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
- Hardworking, flexible, and possess an outgoing and friendly personality.
- Adaptable and comfortable working a shift roster.
- Enjoy interacting with the public and provide excellent customer service with a 'can do' attitude.
- Proficient in speaking and writing English.
- A passion for travelling and meeting new people.
