Requirements

• Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and/or travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
• Height approximately between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).
• Ability to swim 25 meters unaided and assist others.
• Hardworking, flexible, and possess an outgoing and friendly personality.
• Adaptable and comfortable working a shift roster, including early mornings and late evenings.
• Enjoy dealing with the public and demonstrate the ability to provide excellent customer service with a 'can do' attitude.
• Comfortable speaking and writing in English, with the ability to pass an English language assessment.
• A passion for travelling and meeting new people.

Qualifications and Training

• No prior cabin crew experience is required; enthusiasm and team spirit are essential.
• Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive 6-week training course covering fundamental cabin crew skills, safety, and customer service.
• The training program includes regular exams and culminates in Supernumerary flights leading to the award of Cabin Crew Wings.
• Free, internationally recognised Cabin Crew Training Course.
