About the Role
Cabin Crew members are responsible for delivering exceptional safety and customer service to passengers across more than 90 operational bases. The role involves a dynamic shift pattern and requires a commitment to providing a top-class passenger experience. Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive six-week training course covering fundamental skills, culminating in earning their Cabin Crew Wings. Career progression opportunities are significant, with potential to advance to leadership roles within the inflight department.
Requirements

Must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and/or travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.

Minimum height of 5'2" (157 cm) and maximum height of 6'2" (188 cm).

Ability to swim 25 meters unaided and assist others in water.

Hardworking, flexible, and possess an outgoing and friendly personality.

Adaptable and comfortable working a shift roster, including early mornings (as early as 5 am) and late finishes (until midnight).

Enjoy interacting with the public and demonstrate the ability to provide excellent customer service with a 'can-do' attitude.

Proficiency in speaking and writing English, with the ability to pass an English Language Assessment.
