About the Role

As a Cabin Crew member with the Ryanair Group, you will become an integral part of a vast and vibrant team, playing a crucial role in ensuring the safety and comfort of over 600,000 guests daily across 3,600+ flights. This demanding yet highly rewarding position operates across 90+ operational bases and requires adaptability to a shift roster, including early morning and late-night duties, with safety as the paramount priority.

Your journey begins with a comprehensive 6-week, internationally recognised training course, held in Dublin. This fully paid training covers all fundamental skills in safety and customer service, culminating in supernumerary flights and the attainment of your Cabin Crew Wings. Ryanair offers industry-leading pay, with an estimated annual salary of €28,999 based on approximately 850 flying hours per year, alongside a fixed 5 days on / 3 days off roster pattern and unparalleled career progression opportunities, including roles as a Number 1, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, or even Director of Inflight.
