Joining over 16,000 Cabin Crew members, you will deliver best-in-class customer service to over 600,000 guests daily across 3,600+ flights. Ryanair provides comprehensive, free, world-leading training, equipping candidates with no prior experience with essential skills for a safe and top-tier inflight experience. While rewarding, the Cabin Crew role is demanding, with safety as the paramount priority. Flexibility is required for early and late shifts, potentially starting at 5 AM and finishing at midnight. Requirements

• High enthusiasm and proactive attitude.
• Excellent customer service with a 'can-do' attitude and enjoyment of public interaction.
• Hardworking, flexible, and an outgoing, friendly personality.
• Adaptability to demanding shift rosters, including early starts and late finishes.
• Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU.
• Height between 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”).
• Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Successful completion of mandatory English proficiency and situational judgment tests.

Qualifications

• No prior Cabin Crew experience is required, as comprehensive, world-leading training is provided free of charge.
