About the Role
The Ryanair Group, Europe's largest airline group, is actively recruiting enthusiastic individuals to join its extensive network as Cabin Crew members. Based across its 90+ operational bases within the European Union, this exciting opportunity allows successful candidates to deliver best-in-class customer service and ensure passenger safety on over 3,600 daily flights. This is a demanding yet highly rewarding position requiring adaptability to operate early and late shifts. The role offers significant career progression opportunities within the Ryanair Group, including pathways to Cabin Supervisor, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, and Director of Inflight.
Requirements

Possess an unrestricted right to live and work in the EU.

Be between 5”2 (157 cm) and 6”2 (188 cm) in height.

Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.

Comfortable speaking and writing in English with ease.

Demonstrate enthusiasm and a 'can-do' attitude for providing excellent customer service.

Be hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and possess a friendly personality.

Flexible and adaptable to work a shift roster, including early starts and late nights.
Qualifications

No prior Cabin Crew experience is necessary, as comprehensive, world-leading training is provided free of charge.

Successful completion of a mandatory English proficiency test is required.

Successful completion of a mandatory situational judgment test is required.

Ability to successfully complete the free, internationally recognised Cabin Crew training course.
