About the Role

Ryanair Group invites applications for enthusiastic Cabin Crew members to join its expanding team. This role, primarily based in Dublin with potential for opportunities across its extensive network of over 90 operational bases, involves delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring safety aboard Ryanair Group aircraft.

This is a unique opportunity to become part of Europe’s largest airline group, which carries over 600,000 guests daily. Successful candidates will embark on a comprehensive 6-week paid training course, covering all fundamental skills necessary for a top-class safety and customer service experience. The training culminates in Supernumerary flights and the award of Cabin Crew Wings. While demanding, involving early morning shifts from 5 AM and late returns past midnight, the role offers significant career progression opportunities, from Cabin Crew Number 1 to management positions such as Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, or even Director of Inflight. The estimated annual salary is €28,999, based on approximately 850 flying hours per year, with actual earnings varying depending on hours flown and operational requirements.

Requirements

To be considered for the Cabin Crew position, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Possess the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
• Maintain a height between 157 cm (approximately 5’2”) and 188 cm (approximately 6’2”).
• Be able to swim 25 meters unaided.
• Demonstrate an adaptable, hardworking, and flexible approach to working a demanding shift roster.
• Exhibit an outgoing, friendly personality with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and a 'can-do' attitude.
• Be comfortable speaking and writing English with ease.
• Show a genuine passion for travel and meeting new people.
• No prior cabin crew experience is required; a strong customer-orientation, enthusiasm, and team spirit are essential.
