Key Responsibilities and the Role
The role of Cabin Crew is highly rewarding, yet demanding, with safety paramount above all else. Successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring the comfort and security of all passengers while maintaining Ryanair's rigorous standards of operational efficiency.
No prior experience is necessary, as all new recruits will undergo a comprehensive six-week, internationally recognised Cabin Crew Training Course. Upon completion, individuals will join a professional team of over 16,000 Cabin Crew members who embody the airline's commitment to excellence.
Cabin Crew members must be prepared for the operational realities of the airline industry, which necessitates flexibility in scheduling. This includes operating both early and late shifts, with report times potentially as early as 5:00 AM on the morning roster, and return times as late as midnight on the afternoon roster. Candidate Requirements (Essential and Desired Attributes)
Ryanair seeks candidates who meet the following essential criteria and possess the desired attributes:
- Must hold the unrestricted right to live and work within the EU and/or possess the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
- Height requirement: Must be approximately between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).
- Must be physically capable of swimming 25 meters unaided and supporting another person in the water.
- Demonstrated proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to successfully pass an English Language Assessment.
- Must possess an outgoing, friendly personality and a strong 'can-do' attitude, demonstrating the ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Applicants must be hardworking, flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working a rotational shift roster.
