The airline is currently recruiting for Cabin Crew positions across its vast network of over 90 operational bases, specifically targeting candidates for the upcoming Autumn/Winter months. The curriculum involves rigorous study, regular examinations, and culminates in essential Supernumerary flights, leading to the prestigious award of Cabin Crew Wings.

This may involve reporting for duty as early as 5:00 AM for morning rosters or not returning home until midnight on afternoon rosters. Candidate Requirements

Prospective Cabin Crew members must fulfill the following essential criteria:

  • Applicants must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and possess the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
  • Candidates must be approximately between 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2") in height.
  • The ability to swim 25 meters unaided is mandatory.
  • Candidates should demonstrate a hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to operate a dynamic shift roster are essential.
  • A genuine enjoyment in dealing with the public and a proven ability to provide excellent customer service with a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
