The Role

As a Cabin Crew Member, individuals are pivotal in ensuring the safety and comfort of all guests aboard Ryanair Group aircraft. This demanding yet rewarding position places safety as the number one priority.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering industry-leading safety procedures and customer service experiences.
• Working collaboratively within a diverse team to maintain operational excellence.
• Adapting to early morning and late-night shifts, commencing as early as 05:00 and concluding as late as midnight.
• Upholding the highest standards of safety as the primary priority.

Training and Career Progression

Successful candidates will embark on a comprehensive 6-week Cabin Crew Training Course, internationally recognised and provided free of charge. This intensive program covers all fundamental skills required for the role, culminating in practical supernumerary flights and the award of Cabin Crew Wings. Candidate Requirements

Prospective Cabin Crew Members must meet the following essential criteria:

• Possess the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
• Height between 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”) approximately.
• Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
• Demonstrates a hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality.
• Adaptable to working a shift roster.
• A genuine enjoyment in dealing with the public, coupled with the ability to provide excellent customer service and a 'can-do' attitude.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• A strong passion for travel and meeting new people.
