The Group is actively recruiting for Cabin Crew positions across its 90+ operational bases for roles commencing in the Autumn/Winter months. This pivotal role is central to delivering a top-class safety and customer service experience aboard Ryanair Group aircraft.
Training and Career Development
Successful applicants will embark on a comprehensive, internationally recognised 6-week training course designed to equip them with all fundamental skills required for the role. The training curriculum focuses on essential safety procedures and exceptional customer service delivery, incorporating regular examinations and culminating in Supernumerary flights before the award of Cabin Crew Wings.
The Ryanair Group is committed to internal progression, offering extensive career pathways. Cabin Crew Members can aspire to roles such as Number 1, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, or even Director of Inflight, fostering a rewarding and long-term career within the airline.
Life as Cabin Crew
Life as a Cabin Crew Member is both fun and incredibly rewarding, though it is a demanding position where safety remains the number one priority. The role requires flexibility, with crew members operating both early and late shifts. This may include reporting for duty as early as 5 AM and not returning home until midnight on afternoon rosters. The fixed 5 days on / 3 days off roster pattern provides a predictable schedule.

Candidate Requirements
Prospective Cabin Crew Members are required to meet the following criteria:
- Hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and possess the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
- Be approximately between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm) in height.
- Be able to swim 25 meters unaided.
- Exhibit a hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality.
- Demonstrate adaptability and a willingness to work a demanding shift roster.
- Possess a genuine enjoyment in dealing with the public and a proven ability to provide excellent customer service with a 'can-do' attitude.
- Be comfortable speaking and writing in English with ease.
- Show a strong passion for travelling and meeting new people.
