Key Responsibilities & Role Dynamics
As a Cabin Crew Member, the primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and comfort of guests on board Ryanair Group aircraft. This involves delivering a top-class safety briefing and customer service experience, responding to passenger needs, and upholding the highest operational standards. This demanding yet rewarding position requires adaptability to various shift patterns, including early morning duties (reporting as early as 5 AM) and late-night duties (returning home near midnight). Safety is always the number one priority.
Training & Career Development
The journey to becoming a qualified Cabin Crew Member begins with a comprehensive 6-week internationally recognised training course. This intensive program covers fundamental skills, rigorous safety protocols, and advanced customer service techniques. The training culminates in regular examinations, Supernumerary flights, and the awarding of Cabin Crew Wings upon successful completion.

Essential Requirements
Candidates applying for the Cabin Crew position must meet the following essential criteria:
- Possess the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
- Height approximately between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).
- Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
- Demonstrate a hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality.
- Adaptable and comfortable working a demanding shift roster.
- Enjoy interacting with the public and possess the ability to provide excellent customer service with a 'can do' attitude.
- Proficiency in speaking and writing English with ease.
