Training and Development

New cabin crew members undergo a comprehensive 6-week, internationally recognised training course. This intensive program covers all fundamental skills necessary for the role, with a strong emphasis on safety procedures and delivering top-tier customer service. The course includes regular examinations and culminates in Supernumerary flights, leading to the award of Cabin Crew Wings. Requirements

  • Applicants must possess the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
  • Candidates should have a height of approximately 5'2" (157 cm) to 6'2" (188 cm).
  • The ability to swim 25 meters unaided is required.
  • Individuals must exhibit a hardworking, flexible, and amiable personality.
  • Adaptability and willingness to work a variable shift roster are essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a 'can-do' attitude are necessary for providing excellent customer service.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English is mandatory.
