The journey to becoming a qualified Cabin Crew member commences with a comprehensive 6-week training course. This intensive program equips new recruits with fundamental safety and customer service skills, culminating in Supernumerary flights and the prestigious award of Cabin Crew Wings. Throughout the training, participants will engage in structured study and regular examinations to ensure a thorough understanding of all operational requirements.
Life as a Cabin Crew member is both rewarding and demanding. Safety is the utmost priority in this role, which requires adaptability to operate both early and late shifts. Duty commencement can be as early as 5:00 AM, with late shifts concluding past midnight, demonstrating the dynamic nature of airline operations.
