Cabin Crew members are at the forefront of the Ryanair Group experience, ensuring passenger comfort and safety on every flight. This demanding yet highly rewarding position requires individuals to operate both early morning and late evening shifts, with duty reporting times potentially as early as 5 AM and returns as late as midnight. Safety remains the paramount priority in all operations.
Successful candidates will commence their journey with a comprehensive 6-week, internationally recognized Cabin Crew Training Course. This intensive program covers all fundamental skills essential for the role, including crucial safety protocols, emergency procedures, first aid, and advanced customer service techniques. The training culminates in regular examinations, supernumerary flights, and the prestigious awarding of Cabin Crew Wings. A daily per diem of €28 is provided during the training period.
