The Role

A Cabin Crew Member plays a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers while delivering exceptional customer service. This dynamic and rewarding position requires individuals to operate both early and late shifts, which may include reporting for duty as early as 5:00 AM or returning home as late as midnight. Safety remains the number one priority in this demanding yet fulfilling career.

Responsibilities include conducting safety demonstrations, assisting passengers with their needs, and facilitating onboard sales. Successful candidates will be immersed in a vibrant culture from day one, with ample opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the Ryanair Group.

Training and Career Development

The journey to becoming a qualified Cabin Crew Member begins with a comprehensive 6-week training course. This internationally recognised programme equips individuals with all fundamental skills required for the role, focusing on top-class safety and customer service delivery. The course involves regular study and exams, culminating in Supernumerary flights and the prestigious Cabin Crew Wings.

The Ryanair Group is hosting a Cabin Crew Information Day on September 16th in Memmingen. This unique and interactive event is designed to offer a realistic and engaging insight into the Cabin Crew profession and connect with motivated individuals ready to take the next step in their aviation career.

What to Expect:

Location: Memmingen (the exact venue will be shared shortly)

Start: 10:30 sharp

End: 14:00

Walk-ins are welcome, provided candidates ensure they meet the eligibility criteria and hold the unrestricted right to live, work, and travel within the EU.

Opportunities for new Cabin Crew will be available at over 90 operational bases across the Ryanair network, with roles commencing in the Autumn/Winter months.
