Key Responsibilities

As a Cabin Crew Member, the primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers throughout the flight. This demanding yet rewarding role requires a steadfast commitment to operational excellence and a proactive approach to customer service. Duties include performing pre-flight safety checks, delivering engaging safety demonstrations, managing in-flight sales, and providing comprehensive assistance to guests.

The role operates on a fixed 5-day on, 3-day off roster pattern, requiring adaptability to both early morning and late-night shifts. A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Cabin Crew Information Day – Memmingen

Prospective candidates are invited to attend a special Cabin Crew Information Day in Memmingen on September 16th. Candidate Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following essential criteria:

  • Possess the unrestricted right to live, work, and travel freely throughout the European Union and the Ryanair Network.
  • Maintain a height between approximately 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”).
  • Be able to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Demonstrate a hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality.
  • Exhibit adaptability and willingness to work a demanding shift roster.
  • Possess excellent customer service skills and a 'can-do' attitude, enjoying interaction with the public.
  • Be comfortable speaking and writing English with ease.
  • Display a genuine passion for travel and meeting new people.
