The Role

A Cabin Crew Member plays a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers while delivering exceptional customer service. This dynamic and rewarding position requires individuals to operate both early and late shifts, which may include reporting for duty as early as 5:00 AM or returning home as late as midnight. Safety remains the number one priority in this demanding yet fulfilling career.

Training and Career Development

Candidate Requirements

Prospective Cabin Crew Members should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Must hold the unrestricted right to live, work, and travel freely within the EU.
• Height must be approximately between 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”).
• Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
• Proficiency in speaking and writing English with ease.
• A hardworking, flexible, and adaptable approach to working a shift roster.
• An outgoing and friendly personality with a genuine enjoyment for dealing with the public.
• The ability to provide excellent customer service with a 'can do' attitude.
• A passion for travelling and meeting new people.

The Ryanair Group is hosting a Cabin Crew Information Day on September 16th in Memmingen.
