This is an exceptional opportunity for customer-oriented candidates who possess a passion for delivering outstanding service and aspire to fast-track career opportunities within the aviation industry.

Previous experience is not a prerequisite; however, a high degree of enthusiasm and a collaborative team spirit are essential. The Ryanair Group is actively recruiting for Cabin Crew positions across its extensive network of over 90 operational bases and looks forward to meeting qualified applicants at an In-Person Assessment Day. Invitations to attend these assessments, including specific dates (e.g., September 17, 2025), will be extended upon successful review of applications.

As Europe's leading airline group, facilitating over 3,600 daily flights and serving more than 600,000 guests, the Ryanair Group seeks the next generation of Cabin Crew members to join its team during the upcoming Autumn/Winter season.

Comprehensive Training & Career Progression

The journey to becoming a qualified Cabin Crew member commences with a comprehensive six-week training course. This program equips individuals with all fundamental skills required for delivering a top-class safety and customer service experience to guests. The curriculum includes regular examinations and culminates in Supernumerary flights, leading to the awarding of Cabin Crew Wings.

Members of the Ryanair Group Cabin Crew family are immersed in a dynamic culture from day one, with extensive career opportunities. Pathways for advancement include progression to Cabin Crew Number 1, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, or even aspiring to the role of Director of Inflight.

The Cabin Crew Lifestyle

While life as Cabin Crew is both fun and rewarding, it is also a demanding role where safety is the paramount priority.
