Comprehensive Training & Career Progression

The journey to becoming a qualified Cabin Crew member commences with a comprehensive six-week training course. This program equips individuals with all fundamental skills required for delivering a top-class safety and customer service experience to guests. The curriculum includes regular examinations and culminates in Supernumerary flights, leading to the awarding of Cabin Crew Wings.

The Cabin Crew Lifestyle

While life as Cabin Crew is both fun and rewarding, it is also a demanding role where safety is the paramount priority. The position requires adaptability to operate both early and late shifts, with reporting times potentially as early as 5 AM on early rosters and duties concluding as late as midnight on afternoon rosters. Requirements

Candidates for the Cabin Crew position are expected to meet the following criteria:

Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU, with the ability to travel freely across the Ryanair Network.
Height approximately between 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2").
Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
A hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality.
Adaptability to work a variable shift roster.
A genuine enjoyment of interacting with the public and a proven ability to deliver excellent customer service with a proactive 'can-do' attitude.
Fluency in spoken and written English.
A passion for travel and meeting new people.
