Key Responsibilities
Cabin Crew members are integral to providing a top-class safety and customer service experience to the Ryanair Group's guests. The role is demanding yet highly rewarding, with passenger safety consistently prioritised above all else. Crew members are required to operate both early and late shifts, which may involve reporting for duty as early as 05:00 AM or concluding duty close to midnight. This position offers a unique adventure within a global network, enabling individuals to explore new cultures and cities as part of their professional journey.
Training & Career Progression
Successful candidates will embark on a comprehensive 6-week, internationally recognised Cabin Crew training course. This intensive program covers all fundamental skills necessary for the role, including in-depth safety procedures, emergency protocols, and excellence in customer service. The training involves regular examinations and culminates in Supernumerary flights, leading to the attainment of 'Cabin Crew Wings' upon successful completion.

Candidate Requirements
Prospective Cabin Crew members should meet the following essential criteria:
- Possess the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU, with the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
- Maintain a height approximately between 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”).
- Be able to swim 25 meters unaided.
- Demonstrate a hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality.
- Exhibit adaptability and a willingness to work a shift-based roster, including early mornings and late evenings.
- Enjoy interacting with the public and possess the ability to provide excellent customer service with a proactive ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Be comfortable speaking and writing in English with ease.
- Show a genuine passion for travel and meeting new people.
