The Role of Cabin Crew

As a Cabin Crew member with the Ryanair Group, individuals will embark on a challenging yet immensely rewarding career. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the highest standards of safety and provide a top-class customer service experience to all guests onboard. The position demands flexibility and adaptability, requiring readiness to operate a variable shift roster that includes early morning duties, potentially commencing at 05:00 AM, and late evening shifts, concluding around midnight. Safety remains the number one priority in all aspects of this demanding role.

New recruits will commence their journey with a comprehensive six-week training course. This intensive program is meticulously designed to equip trainees with all fundamental skills necessary for the day-to-day duties, covering essential safety procedures, emergency protocols, and best practices in customer service. The training incorporates regular examinations and culminates in Supernumerary flights, leading to the prestigious award of Cabin Crew Wings upon successful completion.
