Training and Development
New cabin crew members undergo a comprehensive six-week, internationally recognized training course. This intensive program covers all fundamental skills necessary for the role, focusing on top-tier safety protocols and customer service excellence. The training includes regular examinations and culminates in Supernumerary flights, leading to the coveted Cabin Crew Wings certification.

Application Process
Ryanair Group is actively recruiting for Cabin Crew positions across its numerous bases, with intake scheduled for the Autumn/Winter months. Interested applicants whose submissions have been reviewed will be invited to attend an in-person assessment day. An example date for such an event is 17 September 2025.
Essential Qualifications and Attributes
- Applicants must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU, with the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
- Candidates must be approximately between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm) in height.
- The ability to swim 25 meters unaided is required.
- Demonstrated hardworking nature, flexibility, and an outgoing, friendly personality are highly beneficial.
- Adaptability and a willingness to work a varied shift roster are essential.
- A genuine enjoyment of interacting with the public and a proven ability to provide excellent customer service with a 'can-do' attitude.
- Proficiency in speaking and writing English with ease.
