The Role: Cabin Crew Member

This demanding yet highly rewarding Cabin Crew position requires individuals to uphold the highest safety standards while providing a top-class customer service experience to guests across Ryanair Group's extensive network. Based at one of over 90 operational bases, Cabin Crew members will be integral to ensuring passenger comfort and safety on every flight. The role involves operating both early and late shifts, which may require reporting for duty as early as 5:00 AM or returning home as late as midnight. Adaptability and a robust work ethic are essential for thriving in this dynamic environment.

Training and Career Development

Successful candidates will embark on a comprehensive 6-week Cabin Crew training course. This internationally recognised programme covers all fundamental skills required for the role, with regular examinations to ensure proficiency. The training culminates in Supernumerary flights and the award of Cabin Crew Wings. Ryanair Group is committed to internal growth, offering numerous career progression opportunities. Candidate Requirements

Prospective Cabin Crew members should meet the following essential criteria:

• Possession of an unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
• Height approximately between 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”).
• Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
• A hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality.
• Adaptability and willingness to work a varied shift roster.
• A genuine enjoyment of interacting with the public and the ability to consistently provide excellent customer service with a 'can-do' attitude.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• A passion for travel and meeting new people.
