Role Overview

As a Cabin Crew Member, the primary responsibility is to ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of all passengers on board Ryanair Group aircraft. This dynamic role demands a proactive approach to delivering a top-tier safety and customer service experience, encompassing all aspects from pre-flight preparations to arrival. Cabin Crew Members are integral to upholding the Ryanair Group's reputation for operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Prioritise and execute all safety procedures diligently, ensuring the well-being of passengers and crew.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, responding to passenger needs with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Efficiently manage on-board sales and in-flight services.
• Work effectively as part of a diverse and dedicated team.
• Adhere to strict operational schedules, including early morning and late-night shifts, reporting for duty as early as 5 AM or returning home as late as midnight.

Training & Career Development

The journey to becoming a qualified Cabin Crew Member commences with a comprehensive 6-week training course. This internationally recognised program covers all fundamental skills required for the role, culminating in Supernumerary flights and the prestigious awarding of Cabin Crew Wings. The Ryanair Group is deeply committed to internal progression, offering extensive career opportunities within its cabin crew network, including advancement to Number 1 Cabin Crew, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, or even Director of Inflight.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
• A height approximately between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).
• The ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
• A hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality.
• Adaptability and willingness to work a demanding shift roster.
• A genuine enjoyment of dealing with the public and a 'can-do' attitude for providing excellent customer service.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• A passion for travel and meeting new people.
