The Group is currently recruiting for Cabin Crew positions across its vast network of over 90 operational bases, with opportunities for an Autumn/Winter intake. Successful candidates will become integral to maintaining Ryanair's reputation for safety and service excellence.

The journey to becoming a qualified Cabin Crew member commences with a comprehensive 6-week training course. This program is designed to equip candidates with all fundamental skills required for the role, covering essential safety procedures, customer service protocols, and emergency response techniques. The course includes regular examinations and culminates with invaluable Supernumerary flights, leading to the official awarding of Cabin Crew Wings.

Candidate Requirements

Prospective Cabin Crew members must meet the following criteria:

  • Hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and possess the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
  • Maintain a height approximately between 5’2” (157 cm) and 6’2” (188 cm).
  • Be able to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Demonstrate a hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality.
  • Possess adaptability and a willingness to work a shift roster.
  • Exhibit a genuine enjoyment in interacting with the public and a proven ability to provide excellent customer service with a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Be comfortable speaking and writing in English with fluency.
  • Display a passion for travelling and meeting new people.

Successful applicants will be invited to attend an in-person assessment day, with specific dates communicated upon application review. For example, an assessment day is scheduled for 23 September 2025.
