About the Role

The Ryanair Group is currently inviting applications for Cabin Crew positions to join its dynamic team of over 16,000 aviation professionals. While prior aviation experience is not a prerequisite, candidates are expected to demonstrate enthusiasm, strong team spirit, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Training and Development

Successful candidates will undertake a comprehensive 6-week training course. This complimentary and internationally recognized program is designed to equip individuals with all fundamental skills necessary for the role, with a core focus on robust safety protocols and premium customer service delivery. The curriculum incorporates regular examinations, culminating in Supernumerary flights and the prestigious awarding of Cabin Crew Wings.

Working Environment & Schedule

The role of Cabin Crew is inherently dynamic and highly rewarding, demanding a significant degree of flexibility and dedication. It involves operating varied shifts, including early morning duties (commencing as early as 5:00 AM) and late evening returns (concluding as late as midnight). Candidates must be prepared for a challenging yet fulfilling position where passenger safety remains the paramount priority. A fixed roster pattern of 5 days on and 3 days off provides a predictable work schedule.
