The Role: Cabin Crew Member

Cabin Crew members are vital to the daily operations, working early and late shifts, often reporting for duty as early as 5 AM or returning home as late as midnight. The role is demanding yet incredibly rewarding, with safety being the paramount priority.

Training & Career Progression

Successful candidates will commence their journey with a comprehensive 6-week Cabin Crew training course. This internationally recognised programme equips individuals with all fundamental skills required for the role, including vital safety procedures, emergency protocols, and advanced customer service techniques. The training culminates in Supernumerary flights, leading to the prestigious award of Cabin Crew Wings.

Requirements

  • Applicants must possess the unrestricted right to live and work within the European Union and travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
  • Candidates should typically be between 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”) in height.
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided is mandatory.
  • Demonstrate a hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality.
  • Adaptability and willingness to operate a dynamic shift roster.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive 'can-do' attitude.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential.
