Training & Professional Development

New Cabin Crew members will embark on a comprehensive 6-week training course. Recruitment Process

The Ryanair Group conducts in-person recruitment days. For interested candidates, a recruitment day is scheduled for 27 August 2025. Invitations to attend these events are extended upon successful review of the application.

Requirements

To be considered for the Cabin Crew position, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the European Union and possess the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
  • Height approximately between 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2").
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Possess a hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality.
  • Be adaptable and comfortable working a shift roster.
  • Enjoy dealing with the public and demonstrate the ability to provide excellent customer service with a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Proficient in speaking and writing English with ease.
  • Exhibit a strong passion for travelling and meeting new people.
